Volunteers are vital to our program. Our participants gain as much from our volunteers as they get from volunteering! As a volunteer, you can help encourage someone to be more independent and confident. It’s been said that it is better to give than to receive, and by volunteering with Art For All you can give the greatest gift of all — happiness. Additionally, your volunteer work could result in expanding someone’s horizons and showing them a new skill — something that can also improve their personal and social development. This new skill could even flourish into something that drives their confidence, independence, or even a career. A completed volunteer application and background check are required before signing up for volunteer opportunities.

Art For All is looking for volunteers willing to work with adults 18+ with developmental and intellectual disabilites. Some of the activitives we offer to volunteers include:

• Assisting art instructors with art lessons

• Set up and clean up of artists work area

• Assisting with special events (fundraising activities, events, festivals, museum tours, artist receptions, field trips)
